Download the Flycafone app from the App Store or Google Play and create your account. If you wish to call a number from your contact list, select the field at the top of the app screen and type in the name of the person you wish to call.

1.1 I want to call with a number from my contact list
Select the contact. If the contact has more than one phone number a dropdown with their numbers will appear. Select the number you wish to call. Make sure the number is in international format! That means it should start with either a + or 011 , followed by the country code for India (91), followed by the phone number. This should be a 12 digit phone number in total. +91 XXXXXXXXXX or 011 91 XXXXXXXXXX Once the number is selected click on the paid telephone button on the top left of the screen. The app will select the best option if you’ve left the calling setup on Auto, and connect your call. The calling option being used will be displayed for you while the call connects. Advice for the world traveler : Make a habit of saving phone numbers to your contact list in international format. That way you’ll also be able to call your local contacts when you’re traveling without modifying the number !

1.2 I want to dial the number manually
To call a number by dialing it manually click on the phone icon below the search icon and then 9 dots icon on the bottom right of the app screen. Clicking on it will open up the dial screen. Select India clicking on the little flag icon. This will provide the dial code for India for you (+91) Make sure the number is in international format! That means it should start with either a + or 011, followed by the country code for India (91), followed by the phone number. This should be a 12 digit phone number in total. +91 XXXXXXXXXX or 011 91 XXXXXXXXXX Once you’ve typed out the number you wish to call press the green dial button right below. The app will select the best option if you’ve left the calling setup on Auto, and connect your call. The calling option being used will be displayed for you while the call connects.

If you have a problem with your calls, first make sure that you are entering your contact number in an international format and that your friend's number is valid and reachable.
If you’re still experiencing issues, please try the following to identify where the problem is:
1. Try changing your call connection. Sometimes Wi-Fi can be unreliable, so try connecting your calls via phone lines or mobile data.
2. Check if you have the latest version of our application (Android 1.1.2 , iOS 1.0.0 ). If you don't have it, please update your app so that you have the most updated and optimized version of Flycafone, which will give you the best quality calls possible.
3.Make sure you have enough credits available in your account to make the call. If not, recharge your account at flycafone.com or using the app .

Yes, it is absolutely possible.

When signing up into the application, there will be an option to sign-up using a phone number. And upon entering your number, you will be logged in. Now calls made from the app will show your personal number as the ID.

Yes, it is possible to recharge from the mobile app(Only Android, Work in progress for iOS).

By opening the app, on the top left corner there is 3 parallel dash which upon clicking will show an option named Accounts. Upon clicking that an option for Top up in green will show up. Clicking on it you will be provided with the payment options (CC or vouchers) and then recharge can be done.

Open the webpage, login to your account. Once logged in at the top right corner near the search icon it will show the balance amount in your account. By clicking that it will give you different payment options. So upon clicking any of the options, fill the details and recharge can be done.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, the unused balance on your account will be refunded back. Any Balance that is 3 months or older will not be refunded.

After successful signup, Username will be country code with your provided phone number.
For password, navigate to the top left corner for 3 parallel lines and click on it. Then select My profile and inside that there will be a text box labelled as Password. Upon clicking that, enter a password of your choice and then confirm the same.

This is how you can get your Username and Password for Portal or Mobile application usage.

Click the Forgot Password link on the login page to receive your password by Text or Email.

Please refer to question 7. Where can I get my username and password from ? And then upon gathering the information, open the webpage and at the top right corner there would be a login button. Click that and login with the information gathered before, and you will be able to see all information regarding your account (including balance, account info edit, etc ).

In most non-domestic countries, a surcharge is applied when calling a Mobile phone. This additional charge results in rate increases. However, for certain countries it is cheaper to call Mobiles than Landlines.

If the rates on the site differ from the rate of the calling plan, call/mail customer service immediately for assistance. In most of the cases we will refund your money back and do the needful for rectification of issues.
